RC Car

The Finish disign of Kyler's, Sammy's, and my RC Car

Circuitry of the RC car

The Fan of out RC car
Our car was working perfectly, it was fast, could turn properly, and the circuitry was all working perfectly until we used a battery that had a switched polarity and it fried our speed control and destroyed the battery. Now our car doesn't work but at least it looked good.

3.1.7 Elevator

Pic of half way with the elevator

The Finished Elevator, we were able to have everything working and everything functioning. We had a floor button that could call the elevator at any floor and the elevator itself would go to any floor from inside the elevator. The light system would also work, a light would show what floor the elevator would be on.

Most Popular Games

Many people had very interesting and fun sounding ideas but some games had to be scrapped so we can focus on the better games. I was with the Capture the Flag game and I preposed to add a tagging system where if u were tagged on the opposer side of the pool u would have to go back to your side of the pool to proceed in the game

Beginning of the Game Plan

For my team we brain stormed and came up with an idea of us using the Sea Perch to catch rings with a constraint of not being able to touch the bottom of the pool and having a weight on it to make the controller adapt to the unbalanced controls

"The Price of Glory" - If each part you use costs $1, generate a total cost for your build (This info will be used to generate "cost" data to add a pricing element to the game next year).
The entire project roughly cast $17 of the final project

"Competitor" - Compete in the 2nd Annual Mousetrap Racecar Challenge.
"Feedback" - Collect feedback (at least one each of +, change, ? and !) from yourself or your classmates.
+) Our car was created very quickly and we did very well even tho ours was hastily made
change) had more time to fix problems we had
?) what was the key flaw in our car
!) Totally should do it next yeah
"Game Changer" - Develop a new rule or change to the game that you feel would make the event better. Explain your concept.
-Can not add an extension to the mouse trap, causes unfair advantage to have an extension.
"Name it" - Invent a name for an achievement that you think is better than what we have currently.
-Have your team name be Fire & Ice
"Leave It Cleaner Than You Found It" - Did you leave your work space cleaner than you found it? Explain.
-Yes I left my work space cleaner then I left it. I made sure that me and my partner cleaned what was on and around our table.
"Design/Build" - What is a "Design/Build" process? How did your experience with this challenge relate to that? Why might you experience this in a career related to technical innovation?
-My Design/Build experiences was, build something, then build something that worked. I wouldn't want to us this technique because it is a bad technique
